Marketing Consultant

Job description:
Pontis Marketing Consulting Team works closely with marketing managers of Telecom companies worldwide, leveraging Pontisג€™ integrated system capabilities to improve customer’s business results. |

Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining customerג€™s strategic goals and business opportunities.
- Translate the goals and objectives into an actionable marketing short term and long term plan.
- Execute marketing activities through Pontis platform to maximize customerג€™s business results.
- Analyze activities results and find insights to refine and improve future activities.
- Formulate new methodologies and ideas for targeted marketing, segmentation pricing and communications.
- Define product requirements to assist in fine-tuning the product to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics – MBA an advantage.
- 3-5 years experience as a product marketing manager / marketing manager in the following industries:
1st option: Telecom companies.
2nd option: Retail or on-line companies.
- Strong analytical skills – experience and knowledge of data driven marketing, BI and business analysis ג€“ a must.
- Experience and broad knowledge of marketing elements (product pricing, segmentation, promotion).
- Personal characteristics:
- Ability to work autonomously, creativity, initiative, strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relations skills; excellent human relations.
- Fluency in English.

|
Job description:
- Responsible for tier three support while ensuring that all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- The focus for this role is to provide system and application technical support to customer issues.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all customer interactions/communications related to support cases
- Responsible for being the Support liaison between customer and Product Development and management
- Manage assigned cases in order to meet service levels
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills (e.g., case notes, bug reports, knowledge base articles, etc.)
- Troubleshooting, data analysis

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in related industry or software/technical support and/or deployment
- 2 years experience with relevant technologies that could include the following:
- Unix and Windows operating systems
- Oracle and MS-SQL databases
- Web servers and application servers
- Firewalls, routers, load balancers, switches
- Storage systems
- Proven analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with shell scripting and scripting languages
- Excellent English written and verbal skills

Responsibilities:
- Present Pontisג€™ concept, product, services and business achievement, and product to prospects and partners
- Translate customer strategic goals and objectives into a required and relevant marketing and functional scoping
- Work with the customerג€™s IT teams to define the proposed technical scoping of the project
- Identify potential required features and functionality, based on accumulated inputs from the market and customers, and initiate development

- Develop Financial ROI and NPV models internally and with the customers

Requirements:
- Thorough technical background ג€“ a must
- Bachelors degree ג€“ a must; Masters Degree ג€“ an advantage
- 2-4 years experience as a Pre-sale Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager from the Telecom industry
- Experience in answering RFI/RFPs, collecting all needed data from internal and external resources, analyzing complex requirements and situations and proposing a coherent solution
- Technical knowledge of Mobile / Cable / Internet / VoIP Business Support System (BSS) environment
- Experience and broad knowledge of marketing elements (product pricing, segmentation, promotion)
- Financial engineering experience
- Fluency in English, additional European language an advantage
